Moving into Business Bay next month, how do you handle car stuff when you live in a tower?

So I finally signed a lease on an apartment in Business Bay, and while I am excited about the view, I am suddenly worried about small boring things I never had to think about before, like my car. I currently live in a villa area where I just park outside the door and my neighbor Hamad lets me borrow tools whenever I need something. In a tower it will be different, with a basement parking, a security desk, and probably rules about what you can and cannot do there. My car is a Nissan X-Trail, about five years old, and the battery has been slow in the mornings for the past few weeks. I keep saying I will deal with it after the move, but my sister told me that is exactly how people end up stuck in a tight parking spot with a line of cars behind them. She has a point, honestly. I started reading about options, and one page mentioned Expert Amaron 60Ah battery installation in Business Bay, which made me realize I never even checked what size my battery is. I opened the hood yesterday and saw 60Ah on the label, so at least I know that part now. My question is more about how it works in a building like mine. Can someone come and change the battery in a residential parking, or do buildings usually refuse that and make you go outside? I do not want to get a warning from the management in my first week. Also, would it be smarter to change the battery before the move, while the car still starts fine, instead of waiting for it to die in a place where I do not know anybody? My brother thinks I am being dramatic and says a jump start from a neighbor solves everything. But I have no idea if my new neighbors will be friendly, haha. One more thing I wonder about is whether a car that sits in basement parking for days stays healthier than one in the sun. Does the cooler air really help the battery last longer? If you live in a tower and had to deal with this, please share what worked for you and what to ask the building before calling anyone.
