Exhaust rattle at idle, is this something serious or just a loose heat shield?

My car has developed this annoying rattle that only happens at idle, goes away as soon as I rev it or start driving. Sounds like it's coming from underneath the middle of the car. I'm hoping it's just a loose heat shield or a bracket that's worked itself loose but I've also heard it could be something inside the muffler or the catalytic converter breaking down. I looked into Zenfo Auto Services exhaust repair since they seem to deal with this kind of thing specifically. Has anyone had a similar rattle? Was it a cheap fix or did it turn into a whole exhaust replacement? I'm trying to figure out whether I can ignore it for a bit or if I should get it checked now before it gets worse.
