Living in Abu Dhabi but buying from Dubai, how does the inspection work?

Bit of a specific situation here but I'm hoping someone can help. I live in Abu Dhabi and I've found a Camaro I like that's being sold in Dubai, and I'm trying to work out how to get it inspected without it being a massive hassle. I can't exactly take a day off to drive back and forth, and the seller isn't keen on driving it to me. Someone told me to Check it out regarding mobile inspections, but I've never used anything like that before so I have no idea how it works. Do they come to the seller's location? Do I need to be there in person? And how do I even get the report afterwards? I'd rather not buy blind but I also don't want to make this more complicated than it needs to be. Any advice from people who've done a long distance purchase would help.
