Slow start after the car sits in the sun is just the heat doing its work on an old battery, so your plan to replace it makes sense. A radio, phone charger and dash cam are tiny loads, so 70Ah is plenty. Ask the shop to test the alternator before fitting, because a weak alternator will kill the new battery early too.
